Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — unless JetBangala decides otherwise due to a technical error. For live betting, JetBangala is not responsible for any bets that are voided as a result of internet disruptions.

If a match is cancelled, all bets placed on that match will be voided and stakes returned. In a parlay bet, if one selection is cancelled, that selection will be calculated at odds of 1.0.

JetBangala is a fair and secure platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and possible forfeiture of funds.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once
• Use of bots, scripts, or automated software
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account
• Exploiting bugs or system errors on JetBangala to gain an unfair advantage
• Allowing minors to use your account
• Unauthorized use of JetBangala's brand or trademarks

Both the user and JetBangala have the right to close an account. Users may close their account at any time upon request — any remaining balance will be available for withdrawal.

However, in cases of terms violation, JetBangala reserves the right to close an account without notice and, where applicable, forfeit any deposited funds.
